The Children’s Hospital of Buffalo Foundation enjoys the passionate and heartfelt support of Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen. As his affection for Oishei Children’s Hospital drew global attention, the foundation’s team was challenged to maximize the benefit while growing its own capabilities.
An abundance of opportunities in a fast-moving environment consumed a team that had recently been restructured. This made it difficult to plan, build processes and measure the results of their work.
